This morning I woke up to the sound of thunder....

It was raining terribly. Kelsey crawled into bed with us and I went to pet her and her forhead felt hot. Very hot. Can dogs have fevers? I spent a half hour petting her and finally she felt a bit cooler.

Speaking of fur balls. We have been on a quest to expand our household. Yes, searching for another dog to crash like a brick through a window into our lives. We are snotty as we only want a rescue dog. We love Terrier's. Now you'd think this would be a semi easy task. It's not. First of all our local shelters don't seem to get a lot of small dogs in. If we wanted a German Shepard, Rot, or Pit Bull there would be an endless pick. So we went the online adoption route. After hand cramps filling out the pages and pages of information AND hoping we make it to the "home inspection" - no luck as of yet.
Any suggestions? We have put the word out we are looking for one to see if we get any leads but so far........nihl.

On an unrelated note: to all the idiots driving ONE HANDED and TALKING ON THE PHONE that still manage to give me the finger when I beep at you for cutting me off I say FONGOO.
