PINKBUNNIESLIPPERS

I gasped today as I slipped on my good old bass Weejuns. They looked oh so shoddy. We all know the key to a good pair of loafers is the comfort broken in down home goodness when you slip your well manicured tootsie in them. Alas comes the time to move them on their life's journey. I have had them since I was but a young lass (hint I belive Reagan was still in office) so that speaks volumes for Bass. Now do I a) donate them to Goodwill B) let Sophia the monster eating everything puppy play with them. Cast your vote now!!!!

In other news I must post a picture of my newest jewelry trinket. See side. Being a pearls and pin (heirloom only) girl I also have a fondness for antique pendants. I was gifted with a lovely lovely one today by the Hubs. Why? Just because. It is very much me and I can't wait to show it. This is why I am glad no more casual days on friday! I can wear it without the "why are WE dressed up" "When's the interview" comments.

Satuday I have another baby shower. The good news it is a restaurant I love. AND there is a nicely situated bar for us wild crazy gals. I would like to try another new drink rather than the Salty Dog, G&T etc. It's definately not a wine or fun frilly drink place. Any suggestions?

I am off now to read a bit (my memory fails me on the name of this boko but I will let you know) - so much reading lately brain is falling to bits!
