Today Mr PBS and I are off to a pig roast. Jealous??? The pig is 275lbs and there are 100-200 people expected. I am actually quite curious and intrigued. I have been to a few before but nothing like this. Oh and there is a band starting at 9pm. I plan to be "comfortably numb" by then. With the vacation winding down this seems to be a nice bru haha...
With work on my brain and getting refocused I am planning a course of action. I need to make some changes in my life. I have decided to start my focus with work. I have decided to see the opportunities instead of the challenges. Summer seems to be a time of slight slacking at work but now that I have my vacation behind me I can put some work blinders on and dig in where others sit back. It sounds simple but I have the challenges. In a week I have Mom coming up (and the circus that follows.) So with a full plate of husband, work, mother, two dogs, a new "niece" and a house it should be quite fun.
