Work, school, and Mom staying most of the summer makes this PBS not a fun gal.
I appreciate I have a job, am able to go back to school and my Mom is here to gallavant around with but this summer is a blur!
Not to mention all the rain and stuff. It's July and while driving monday we played the "I spy" game which was to spy if any leaves were changing color. Holy cow did we see a lot of them! Isn't that kind of like the tree version of wearing white after labor day? It's just so not acceptable. The other trees are probably giggling over their faux paux.
In all this craziness I began a new job. Literally I moved my belongings to the cube five feet to my left. The down side, I am right there to "pitch in" for the old job. I am split in two! I am a "twofer" gal!
My beloved little furry creatures are all fine. Kelsey has been VERY clingy lately I think because there has been a rash of family pets that have gone to "sing with the choir" lately. She's been overhearing the talk of all the sad departures and quite frankly is freaked out and has decided if she poses as a bumper sticker splashed on my thigh she will not have to ever make that final "walk around the block". And that is fine with me. I will just walk around with her on me like a dryer sheet on the pair of pants you pull out and slap on.
