Sunday, three day weekend sunday....

I have to admit I did not do much of anything today. I made breakfast, went shopping and finished a book. I read The Stupidest Angel by Christopher Moore. It was...interesting. It has Christmas, zombies and humor. Very humorous author.

So I also went shopping. I can not belive my luck. I had a certain skirt in mind (color and type) I wanted to find for a meeting I have coming up. Well I walked into the store and it was the first thing I saw! WOW. Not only that,it was 70% off. I also picked up a black brocade-ish suite jacket (also 70% off). I ran out of the store afraid I was going to run out of my good luck. When I think back on how I used to dress for work at one point I slap my forehead. OY. It's taken me years to embrace a decent pair of shoes and the concept of dressing for the job you want.

T and I had sandwhiches for dinner tonight. Not very inventive but they were turkey (good for us) and also it was football day in our household. We have crazy sports conversations T will be swearing up a storm about blind and unfair umpires and I will be commenting on the fans or the players ("he really seems so awfully rude") eh it works for us. Once in awhile our conversations cross paths (ie: I can't belive he made the field goal!).
