A few things to cover today....

First, I am NOT allowed to go shopping unsupervised. I went this morning and bought a LOT.
Here is an example:

Curtain Panel: I needed one more for the living room and it was on sale.
Stir Crazy popcorn maker: it was on my birthday list and 65% off*
Kitchen Clock: my kitchen is retro with cherries and this was a "perkolator shaped clock-too cute and once again 65% off)
Sterling silver 20" necklace chain. Apparently I lost mine during last weekend's fiasco. Needed to replace (75% off!)
Necklace: my pendant that was on the mentioned chain was lost with it. Needed to be replaced and we all need something pretty.
I also got my Mom a cute travel jewlery holder ($20 down to $3.40 - so cheap I got myself one!)
I did put the Ralph Lauren "Romance" bottle back. I am almost out and it's my fav. perfume How how strong am I ? And I didn't go to the clothes section. Well I went at Target but I am not fond of their clothes.
Anyway, I have been on a spending spree lately and I think it's because I am stressed. The surgery, the job hunt, all my friends/co workers being pregnant...take your pick.

I am sadden theat Mark martin lost the Daytona 500 yesterday. He is my fav driver and I was really really hoping it would be his year.

Surgery is scheduled for wednesday. Let's hope the electricity stays on at the hospital this time and I walk away actually operated on.

I will stop back to finish up my thoughts - I must get a move on cleaning the house, doing wash etc. Just call me Donna Reed today
