My white flag is up and flying.

I have officially declared my house a disaster area. The pressure is on to get it cleaned up. I was vaccuming dog hair up today but that isn't even the issue. Suddenly you wake up and your cute home resmbles one of those ones you see on TLC's Clean Sweep. Quite frightening.With only three days to go (today doesn't count) that I can get everything tip top before surgery the pressure is on.
Tomorrow will be a challenge as The Daytona 500 is on. GOD FORBID I run a vaccum during that. For the record I am a Mark Martin fan. Go Mark.
Tonight we are going to my sister in law's for dinner & a movie. It sounds like a pretty nice evening. I wish I had a nice bottle of wine to bring but I hadn't thought of it until now (after last weekend I have no urge to drink-um let's just say apparently I was tying hellium ballons in my hair to "lift it up"). I made up a little popcorn/snack basket up to take along. We are not taking the furry child this time. My Sis in law has a very dog friendly policy but since little miss barks a lot decided at Thanksgiving to pee next to the dining room table (as we were eating) she is being punished and not going to "fun Aunt Dawn's" house. I wanted to bring a cake as I have been dreaming about the bakery we got our wedding cake at. They have a nice single layer cake for $8.99. It is the most YUMMY cake.

I must comment on Britney's Spear's shaving her head. Seriously it is like watching a car crash in slo mo. I hope for her sake she gets it together before something really bad happens. But those two babies....my heart goes out. Let's see we have Miss brit, Lindsay just got out of rehab, Nicole R. is officially charged with DUI....these girls are really falling apart. I hope they make it just fine and I also must say, JUST DO THE DAMN PATERNTIY TEST of AN's baby. ENOUGH (and I erally want to know)
