In this crazy world there are few things we can count on. Very few. However every day I can count on getting home and getting overwhelmed with happy dances and kisses...from my two furry kids. They say with a dog it's a new day ever 15 minutes so on the theory when I get home after 8 hours away they must thing I am coming back from a world cruise! Kelsey looks at me with her big dark eyes and I can almost hear her saying "oh I am sooo glad you are back. The other one, oy, let me tell you what she did today!" and Zophia, crazy Zophia, practically losses all bodily functions with the excitment of you walk through the door.
They also say if your dog was a human roomate you'd have a restraining order.
That I agree with also.
After the greetings I let them right out and then it's time to investigate what has happened throughout the day. Note to parents I am sure this is like looking at your kid's shirt at the end of the day and being able to tell what he/she had for each meal/snack/drink for the last 8 hours. In the few months we have had Zophia I have learned a lot. Things like she will eat anything. Things that are her favorites are the backs of shoes, anything nder a bed, pens (brought up on the comforter to indulge in), cassette tapes, batteries but most of all she has a thing for my ahem undergarments. Bra's and underwear. Unfortunately I used to store my ahem underthingys on the bottom shelf in my closet. My closet that had a door that was just ever so warped with time and moisture so that it would close all the way. Yes many a time we have been sitting around or puttering in the house to see Z. pass us happily dragging one of my forementioned items though the house.
So yes, if she was a human she'd have multiple restraining orders pending.
I don't know who you are talking about, Zophia is a perfectly well behaved furry one! Well...that is for her fav guest...ME!
