Update: dinner turned out fab however due to my lack of presentation (aka get it yourself) I will not being posting any pictures.
We do have about 5lbs of leftover ham in the freezer.
Ham kabobs, ham scampi, ham casserole, ham fritters, ham sandwiches, ham surprise, ham omlettes...please feel free to suggest more.
