I have spent about two hours of my Thanksgiving day searching through the black friday ads and realized "I don't really NEED anything." DUH
As this season Mr PBS decided to forgo presents and basically if we really really want something will cry and moan (him) til we get it my desire for battling the crowds for things made in China is at a low point.
But I am going.
It's tradition just like families fighting, parts of the Thankgiving meal burning and the dogs peeing inside in front of your company. Getting smacked around by turkey filled early rising pissed off suburban mom's is the icing on the cake (or rather the crispy brown skin on the turkey.)
I just posted my Christmas wish list! I'm obsessed with bedding from Restoration Hardware and a KitchenAid mixer!
ReplyDeleteI have a gorgoeous Kitchen Aid mixer sitting here - my sister got one for my BROTHER IN LAW!!!! I am drooling over it. very very sleek and top of the line.
