So how big a nerd am I you ask? Well I found myself sunday morning not watching Breakfast With the Arts but Tori & Dean Inn Love. Yes I admit it. This rounded out my weekend of watching The Real Housewives of OC (OMG Lori's ring!). But back to my buddy Tori. I hate to say it but I root for her. And no I never really watched that Beverly Hills show (I claimed more sophisticated viewing of Seinfeld and Melrose Place-ha) so I don't know the whole Donna Marten hub bub. I do remember reading my beloved trashy gossip magazines back then and it seemed to me she was Shannon Dorehty's(SP?) bitch and I felt bad. So she was a zillionaire's daughter, she still seemed the underdog. And that no B movie was too good for her? It showed work ethic. So she buys Jimmy Choo's and I buy Mootsie Toosie's. She buys Prada and I buy Issac M for Target. We are both shopping addicts aren't we?
When one of the first issues of Instyle came out her apartment was featured. I loved it. Big overstuffed furniture and knotty pine mixed with vintage pieces. sigh. Anyway, I wish her the best and I even started to like her new hubs.
My latest thought is to hire someone to help me get the house cleaned & organized. It is just too much working f/t. Maybe I should try to get on one of those make over shows. It hit me today when I put new curtains up in the bedroom. I found a few silk panels of a soft Taupe color and went to hang them (against the soft mist color they look FAB-O!). I got up on my little step ladder and saw the dust on top of the tv in our bedroom. CRIMON NUTTLIES. I almost fell off my little step ladder.
Well here is to a good week ahead. No one work too hard!
You need to post some pictures!
